Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric or other materials with a needle and thread. Human hands and machines can do it. While embroidery by hand can add a personal touch, our need for speed drives us to use embroidery machines. Our machines can embroider between 700-950 stitches per minute. The machines also have 15 needle heads that allow 15 different custom colors of thread. That means we can offer embroidery with a ton of colors and provide it in a week.
Although this person can be great in this respect, it is impossible for someone to sew faster than one of our machines.
Is embroidery right for me?
Custom embroidery is versatile and can be performed on many different materials. Some styles, such as polos, hats, jackets and bags are ideal for embroidery. Do you want your employees to be well at work? Polo shirts and buttons embroidered with your company logo send a high quality statement. They also double as cheap advertising! Do you need to make sure your players know which team they play in? Hats and embroidered jerseys bring out the whole team!
We can take your image and transform it into a sewn masterpiece that will surely impress everyone. You send us an image first (jpg, pdf, ai, psd, or other formats), then we take this image and transform it into a digital format that the embroidery machine can read. This new art file will tell the machine exactly how to put all your points. This process is called scanning.
Do you really have a cool laser that lasers?
Yes! We also offer clothing applications that require the use of a nice, soft laser that would make any villain jealous.
Applique brings out your crowd design and gives it a nice touch of soft, silky color. This is mainly used for hockey jerseys and Greek letter clothing. However, this is sometimes preferable to conventional embroidery. We will be happy to help decide to find the best method for your need. The letters and numbers really appear with appliques. We embroider clothes for all fraternities and sororities and have the appropriate licenses!
Greeks love appliques!
Here is the embroidery in action!
Here, we are sewing a logo for U.S. Wine Imports, one of our good customers. Custom embroidery takes time to finish, in a sense, it improves with age, just like a good wine. We will develop our online resources in the future to show you how the process works.
